Responsibilities
- Integration Leadership: Support the day-to-day execution of the integration of the newly acquired index business into TMX VettaFi and TMX Group.
- Build and maintain integration work plans, track key milestones, monitor dependencies, and ensure timely execution across business units (e.g., technology, operations, legal, sales).
- Business Operations: Support initiatives tied to revenue growth, client retention, pricing, pipeline discipline, sales process improvement, product commercialization, and management reporting.
- Strategic Support: Act as a resource to the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development, supporting broader business management, corporate development initiatives, and strategic execution as needed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Navigate effectively across the organization without direct line authority to drive alignment, resolve roadblocks, and foster collaboration between legacy VettaFi teams, the TMX parent organization, and the newly acquired business.
- VettaFi is a differentiated index provider, helping asset managers across the globe build and grow their product suites.
- With an industry-leading index platform, it partners with issuers to develop innovative investment solutions and bring them to market.
- Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Corporate Development, The Associate will help manage the integration work plan, drive follow-up across teams, prepare executive updates, and ensure key commercial, operational, technology, legal, and client-facing workstreams stay on track.
- Support the day-to-day execution of the integration of the newly acquired index business into TMX VettaFi and TMX Group.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally within a top-tier management consulting firm or a corporate strategy group.
- Must be a self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and possesses a "get-it-done" mentality.

Compensation
- $120,000/year - $135,000year USD
- Please note that the Salary Range included is a guideline only. The salary offered may vary based on factors, including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
