Requirements

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data, performance trends, and business activity to measurable outcomes.
Experience analyzing sales, conversion, productivity, customer, or related performance metrics in a business environment.
Demonstrated ability to identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes and communicate the business implications of those findings.
Strong communication and data-storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights for non-technical and senior audiences.

Nice to have

Experience supporting Retail Banking, Consumer Financial Services, branch distribution, sales performance, or another large-scale customer-facing business.
Experience establishing KPIs and measuring the effectiveness of strategic or operational initiatives.
Advanced experience with business intelligence, visualization, reporting, or analytical tools.

Pay Transparency

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $139,000 - $182,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
