Engage with assigned OEMs and work independently to deliver optimized application/installation/integration designs of Allison products, meeting end-user customer expectations for performance, quality/reliability, and feature content
Work independently with OEM Account Manager/Director and engineering peers to drive Allison's interests within customer requests/activities
Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot powertrain technical issues and resolve (either with or without support from SME's)
Is trusted by engineering and cross functional peers to deliver on what they commit to in a timely manner
Takes responsibility to deliver results in the right way

Builds effective/positive relationships with engineering management and cross functional peers

Solves problems with engineering and cross functional peers in a professional and constructive way.

BSME, BSEE, or equivalent
5+ years engineering and technical experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

PROFICIENT: Has basic theoretical professional knowledge and applies experience and skills to complete assigned work.
PROFICIENT: Requires strong interpersonal skills to navigate the need to influence peers in engineering or cross functionally.
