Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager and Owner with day-to-day tasks, from scheduling to customer service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records - estimates, invoices, and receipts.
  • Perform other general office personnel tasks and responsibilities
  • Louis is looking for an experienced Office Manager to be the organizational backbone of our growing business - the person who keeps schedules, invoicing, and office operations moving so we can deliver outstanding tree care every single day.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the local area.

Nice to have

  • Management experience in the tree care or landscape industry.
  • A degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, or Environmental Sciences - or equivalent real-world experience.
  • Prior office experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • QuickBooks experience.
  • Experience with scheduling or CRM software.
