About the role

This role balances direct client service with team management, including performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to firm compliance and planning standards.

enforce best practices, templates, and review protocols established by the Planning Associate Team Lead
Address day-to-day personnel needs, including scheduling, workload balancing, and performance-related concerns with the support of the Planning Associate Team Leader
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide coaching, support professional growth, and ensure alignment of goals, responsibilities, and development opportunities
Monitor progress toward team and individual SMART goals, offering course correction and support as needed
Collaborate with HR and Planning Associate Team Leader to support career development and make recommendations for promotions within the planning team
Support team culture, morale, and cross-office collaboration

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a wealth management-related or financial services field
Occasional travel may be required

CFP or CFA certification
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated willingness to take initiative, support others, and lead by example

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Interpersonal skills and a willingness to make decisions using sound and accurate judgement
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm, and pitch in wherever needed

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point of market reference for compensation decisions.
$100-145,000 annually
