Responsibilities
- Respond to customer concerns, complaints, and service disruptions with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment to maintain positive customer relationships and supporting overall company operations.
- MyIDTravel for access to standby/non-revenue flights with large domestic and international partners Apply by July 29, 2026.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, peers, management, and various departments.
Requirements
- Coordinate transportation, meal requirements, and hotel reservations as required.
- What you'll bring A high school diploma, with one to two years of customer service experience, is required.
- The ability to acquire and maintain an Aircraft Radio license and a Restricted Area Identity Card is required.
- Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
- Following successful probation with required RAIC, AVOP and radio license, the rate of pay for this role will start at $19.66 per hour.
