Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company-wide product compliance policies, processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate product compliance risks associated with new product development, engineering changes, sourcing decisions, and manufacturing processes.
- Manage assigned certification and product listing activities, ensuring submissions, renewals, testing, and supporting documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of compliance-related data within business systems, including SAP and other digital platforms.
- Support training and awareness efforts related to product compliance requirements, standards, certifications, and regulatory obligations.
- Participate in industry associations, standards development organizations, and certification body activities as assigned to represent company interests and support professional development.
- Continuously build knowledge of regulations, performance standards, product certifications, product designs, manufacturing processes, and compliance best practices through training, collaboration, and hands-on experience.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related STEM discipline, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Experience working with product performance standards, certifications, regulatory requirements, testing laboratories, or quality systems.
- Experience with plumbing products, water quality requirements, electrical standards, or product compliance programs is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts and apply them in practical business situations.
- Self-motivated learner with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo constructively.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical standards, codes, regulations, and certification requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Compensation
- $76,400.00 - $120,010.00 USD
- Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
