Responsibilities
- A Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the of the retail store during assigned shifts.
- The Shift Lead will motivate and guide the store team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain the store visual merchandizing standards.
Skills
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth store operations during shift.
- Train and coach associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure the store is clean, always organized and visually appealing.
- Responsible for the store's opening and closing procedures.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines.
- Adhere to loss prevention guidelines to minimize theft and maximize store profitably.
- A minimum of at least 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency in using a point-of sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and other retail software.
- Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Candidates should be reliable and flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
