About the role

- Daily administration tasks including ordering and management of office supplies, and electronic and physical file maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with a working knowledge of Adobe software programs.

Requirements
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software programs.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Overtime may be required during peak times and to meet client deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.
Nice to have
- Community College diploma or equivalent in office administration or a related field is a plus.
Compensation
- In alignment with Ontario's Employment Standards Act and pay‑transparency requirements, GEMTEC includes the expected compensation range in publicly advertised job postings for roles based in Ontario.
