Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Create data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations to support business logic.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visual analytics.
  • Implement security policies and role-based access controls for sensitive data.
  • Support incremental data loads, SSIS packages, and scheduled refresh jobs

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, including Data Factory, Synapse, and Data Lake.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in BI development, with at least 4 years in Power BI.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

  • The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
  • At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
  • A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $170,000.
