- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services or technology industry
- Understanding of point-of-sale systems and Clover products is a plus
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while taking the initiative
