Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the property maintains the highest standards of service, appearance, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the community's goals.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as Action's internal policies.
  • Cutting Edge Technology: Access to industry-leading tools and resources that drive efficiency and success.
  • These are leadership roles for professionals who excel in operations, client relationships, and building strong, service-driven teams.
  • Ideal candidates will bring proven expertise in community association management and the ability to deliver a first -class resident experience.

Requirements

  • Expertise in budgeting, reserve studies, financial oversight, and vendor management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client facing environment.
  • CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CMCA certification preferred or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
  • Proven success as a General Manager or Community Association Manager for a luxury residential property or large-scale HOA.
