Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and procuring various commodities throughout multiple programs - Initiate Requests for Quotation, analyzing Supplier proposals, perform price analysis, and negotiations
  • Support special assignment/process improvements/training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain, Purchasing/ Procurement, Operations - OR.
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of professional experience
  • in lieu of degree an additional 4+ years of experience will be considered
  • Experience in MS Office suite.
  • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, basic formulas, and V-look ups

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP/CostPoint ERP System
  • Experience within the Aerospace or Aviation Industry is preferred -
  • Experience with FAR/DFAR
  • Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation

  • $97,100.00 - $145,700.00
  • Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
  • Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
  • The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
