Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing programs including promotions, events, sponsorships, and POS initiatives across all brands.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Partner with National Brand Managers and Sales teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Manage the regional trade marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
- Support demand planning by ensuring promotional activities are accurately captured in forecasts.
- Lead and coach Brand Activity Managers to drive high performance and capability development.
- Identify and implement best practices, process improvements, and efficiency opportunities.
- Proven track record of developing and executing tactical marketing plans

Requirements
- Skills and Qualifications (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or related role within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment, including leadership experience
- The successful candidate must be bilingual (French and English).
- Proficiency in English is required due to regular interaction with the Ontario-based head office, including participation in meetings and management discussions conducted in English.
Skills
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated people management skills
- Ability to analyze data and manage budgets effectively
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related business field
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
