- Knowledge of the functions of the school division and its operating procedures.

- Ability to learn new technology platforms and educational software systems quickly.
- Ability to operate a computer and use appropriate software applications and peripheral office equipment.

- The ability to share information clearly and concisely and tailor communication to the audience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
