Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for all company sanctioned internal or external-facing events as directed by management.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field of study
  • KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Must be detail oriented and have superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills required, verbal and written, to effectively communicate with internal and external clients of the organization.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate setting required
  • technology and/or events management systems and data manipulation desired.
  • Travel or cruise line experience preferred.

Skills

  • Must be detail oriented and have superior organizational skills.
  • Must show initiative and good judgment, as well as sound decision making, problem solving and research skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights or weekends, according to business demands.
