About the role
- As Shop Service Manager, you'll lead maintenance operations across multiple shop locations, overseeing a team of skilled technicians while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant fleet maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of diesel technicians while reinforcing TCI's Core Values.
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and resolving maintenance concerns.
- Manage shop budgets, labor productivity, inventory, and operating costs.
- Drive continuous improvement through safety meetings, performance coaching, and operational best practices.

Requirements
- 10+ years of diesel technician experience.
- 5+ years of shop management or maintenance leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Solid computer proficiency and experience with maintenance systems.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
Compensation
