About the role

  • Assist with internal departments, agency on file, internal legal department, assigned trustees and outside counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reporting of affected portfolios in "identified" Natural disaster areas as they occur (Emergency orders by state, parish or by postal code) Managing communications, reporting, Risk Rating and Loss Mitigation.
  • The position of Portfolio Manager will serve as a key support resource for the portfolio management team in the day to day activities of the portfolio.
  • In this position you will coordinate and help process payoff requests, invoice requests, and other servicing inquiries from within WSF and our external partners.
  • You will respond to partners email requests and provide timely follow-up to our partners to ensure accurate resolution of all servicing matters.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in collections
  • Computer Skills - Excel, Microsoft Suite

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000 - $92,000 along with eligibility to earn incentive.
