Responsibilities

  • Lead the Americas partner Nationals PTM organization in actively engaging with partners to elevate Everpure's brand and raise awareness around Everpure's core solution areas
  • Collaborate with Global Partner Organization leaders and individual contributors to execute on an overall plan for success
  • Be outspoken and provide proactive communication to drive the goals of the team while managing a strong collaboration with internal stakeholders particularly in the SE organization
  • Help maintain the company technical culture in an effort to continue to retain and attract top technical talent
  • Drive a culture of persistence, creativity, teamwork, ownership, customer-first, simplicity, and strategic, with high standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of experience in technical leadership expertise
  • Ability to combine big-thinking strategic perspective with a detail-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Strong executive presence and ability to evangelize momentums with a wide range of dispositions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the broader Everpure organization
  • Experience with cloud, analytics, cyber-security, virtualization or similar workloads
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
