About the role

They will need to have a broad base of skills and experience, be a good communicator and leader, a team motivator and will need to work well with cross functional teams.
This role can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Lead the Americas partner Nationals PTM organization in actively engaging with partners to elevate Everpure's brand and raise awareness around Everpure's core solution areas
Collaborate with Global Partner Organization leaders and individual contributors to execute on an overall plan for success
Be outspoken and provide proactive communication to drive the goals of the team while managing a strong collaboration with internal stakeholders particularly in the SE organization
Help maintain the company technical culture in an effort to continue to retain and attract top technical talent
Drive a culture of persistence, creativity, teamwork, ownership, customer-first, simplicity, and strategic, with high standards

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in technical leadership expertise
Ability to combine big-thinking strategic perspective with a detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Strong executive presence and ability to evangelize momentums with a wide range of dispositions
Ability to work collaboratively across the broader Everpure organization
Experience with cloud, analytics, cyber-security, virtualization or similar workloads
Ability to travel up to 50%
