About the role

  • The role also contributes to program assessment, accreditation and grant initiatives, instructional review, and student engagement efforts to ensure high-quality educational experiences and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards.
  • Liaise as needed with the Registrar with respect to unique Dual Enrollments, like Runways, College in the high school, or multi-modal, multi-calendar enrollments

Responsibilities

  • This position coordinates operational and academic processes related to dual enrollment, including advising support, faculty and course logistics, curriculum deployment, student issue resolution, and specialized enrollment management.
  • Support Curriculum Development and Course Deployment/Logistics
  • Plan, organize, and order materials to support NPRC curriculum and initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience with high school students and classrooms
  • The physical and mental demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English
  • Ability to read, understand, and recall instructions and guidelines
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 lbs./12 kg.
  • Frequent daily travel throughout the College's service region required
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or the equivalent work experience
  • Experience assessing the effectiveness of classroom instruction
  • Experience writing grants applications and/or administering awarded grants
  • Receive, organize, facilitate and aid College in the high school and Async Faculty who teach sections composed only of high school students (applications, syllabi, and grades/D2L)

Compensation

  • Minimum Starting Salary $52,000
