🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE
Provide technical leadership and engineering judgment, including defining electrical design approaches, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring alignment with safety, regulatory, and project requirements.
Act as a technical interface with clients, vendors, regulators, and internal stakeholders, supporting design reviews, technical meetings, and issue resolution.
Support and mentor junior engineers by providing guidance, design oversight, and constructive technical feedback.
Work closely with QA and project teams to address design issues, support audits and reviews, and ensure overall design quality.
Contribute to the evolution of NPX's electrical design tools, standards, and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and technical excellence.
