Compensation
- $100k-$120k
Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, plus performance-based bonuses On target earnings between $100,000 to $150,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
- Role & Responsibilities Partner closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision, business plan, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Implement and optimize business processes, systems, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure operational excellence and organizational alignment.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring strategic objectives are successfully executed.
