Responsibilities
- Design and manage career development and performance systems, including leveling frameworks, performance review cycles, promotion processes, and manager enablement for effective feedback and growth conversations
- Serve as a trusted partner for employee relations, providing neutral guidance to employees and managers on interpersonal matters, policy questions, and sensitive situations
- Build and maintain core HR operations, including employee records, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements as the company scales
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and taking ownership to define and implement scalable solutions

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a closely related function, ideally within a startup or high-growth technology environment
Skills
- Strong commitment to employee wellbeing, balanced with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
- High degree of judgment and discretion, with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks, leveling systems, and employee development processes
- Clear, empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal
