Responsibilities
- This role exists to build the infrastructure that makes that real as we scale from 200 to 500+ employees.
- Partner with People leadership to prioritize and execute the people roadmap, staying ahead of what employees and managers actually need before it becomes a problem
- Identify gaps and build what doesn't exist yet, from lifecycle improvements to new engagement initiatives, take a direction and run with it
- Experience at a later-stage company, with the judgment to spot what Scribe should be building now
