About the role

This role is accountable for the strategy, operating model, delivery, stability and performance of our global People Technology landscape.
This includes functional development, operations, integrations, programme delivery, AI enablement, and business-critical workforce technology such as Time Tracking, Absence and time clocking devices across our distribution centres.
This includes moving beyond experimentation into responsible, scalable and measurable adoption.

Own the People Technology strategy and roadmap, aligned to People, Technology and Operations priorities.
Lead the evolution of the People Technology operating model across Operations, Functional Development, Integrations and Programme Management.
Own the technology performance of business-critical workforce processes, including Time Tracking, Absence and time clocking across distribution centres.
Partner with Operations stakeholders to ensure workforce technology supports reliable execution in frontline and operational environments.
Define and drive the People Technology AI strategy, including internal productivity, automation, service improvement and delivery effectiveness.
Partner with Technology leadership on architecture, security, integrations, data and platform sustainability.

We are looking for an experienced Director, People Technology to lead the People Technology function at HelloFresh.
You will own the end-to-end technology environment that enables the People function and supports critical operational execution across the business, with Workday as the core platform.

Deep experience with Workday-centric technology landscapes, including implementation, optimisation and operational support.
Strong understanding of operationally critical workforce technology, ideally including time, absence, scheduling or clocking solutions.
Strong understanding of responsible AI adoption, including governance, data, risk, change management and measurable business value.
