Responsibilities

  • The Department Coordinator II in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery provides administrative support to the department chair.
  • Manages department procurement cards and provide transaction documentation in OnBase.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous work in academic and/or clinical environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PeopleSoft.
  • Extremely organized Customer service-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to the day-to-day responsibilities of the role and change gears quickly as needed.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous follow through with wide variety of personnel, including external stakeholders.
  • Target Compensation Maximum:
  • $25.39 Target Compensation Minimum:
  • $16.93 Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
