The Difference You Make: Structured Finance specializes in originating, advising, and structuring financing for specific large-scale, long-term projects for corporate and government clients.

reviewing legal documents and negotiating transactions with clients, analyzing various risks and preparing credit applications and the development of cash flow models

3 Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience..
Proficiency in Microsoft office products - Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to analyze/understand leading technologies and companies.
Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.

Demonstrated successful execution of syndicated loan transactions.
Intellectually product savvy, energetic, and self motivated with strong initiative to achieve sales goals.
Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Expert presentation and public speaking skills.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:

$175,000.00 USD Maximum:
$225,000.00 USD
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.
For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
