About the role

  • By leveraging artificial intelligence as a force multiplier, the coordinator helps streamline scheduling, content management, analytics, and informed decision-making while improving quality, speed, and operational efficiency.
  • Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in Empower's hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A and 503B environment while ensuring training practices remain inspection-ready and aligned with evolving business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Quality, Enterprise Training, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training programs remain aligned with evolving procedures, regulatory expectations, and operational priorities.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute training dashboards, performance metrics, and compliance reports that provide meaningful operational insights to leadership.
  • Use AI-powered analytics to identify patterns, monitor effectiveness, support informed decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across training processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies and AI-enabled insights to optimize processes, enhance learner engagement, and support sustainable operational excellence.
  • The Quality Training Coordinator strengthens operational excellence by coordinating training systems that support compliant, consistent, and scalable workforce readiness across Empower's rapidly expanding operations.

Requirements

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
  • Employees are regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus.
  • The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in training and/or the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint, as well as learning management systems, is required.
  • Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), pharmaceutical compounding, and adult learning or training principles is preferred.
