Periodic travel may be required to support transactions and stakeholder engagement (primarily within North America).
You must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Supporting the evaluation of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
Preparing clear, well‑structured analysis and summary materials for internal review.
Supporting the coordination of due diligence activities across Finance, Legal, Operations, Strategy, Regulatory, and external advisors.
Reviewing diligence materials and identifying key commercial and financial risks.
Assisting with transaction documentation, schedules, and tracking of deliverables.
Supporting execution activities through to transaction close.
Supporting knowledge sharing, process improvements, and best practices within the Corporate Development team.
2-5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, project finance, management consulting, or commercial strategy.

130,000 - 165,000 annual salary
This position is eligible for Capital Power's comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and an annual incentive program, in accordance with company policies.

Salary Range (Washington, DC only): 130,000 - 165,000 annual salary Note: the specific salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
