Responsibilities
- Supports social content planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, campaign initiatives, and key storytelling moments
- Owns Asana task management for social media, maintaining clear timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional accountability
- Supports social calendar coordination, ensuring content is scheduled, prioritized, and ready for publishing across channels
- Partner with Creative to ensure social-first considerations are integrated into broader campaign development
- Own daily weekday publishing across TikTok and Instagram
- Manage every-other-weekend publishing cadence
- Deliver timely, on-brand content that aligns with current trends and brand voice
- Manage inbound event and content requests, integrating them into the social calendar and ensuring execution
- Surface timely recommendations to inform content development and maintain platform relevance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including platform trends, formats, and best practices
- Experience managing content calendars and project management tools such as Asana
- Willingness and ability to travel for photoshoots, events, and athlete or influencer activations as needed
