Responsibilities

- We Plan, Build & Service with our common "Total Compliance" operating culture and shared services, our companies have planned, built and maintained some of the leading industrial, commercial and institutional facilities throughout Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and the United States.
- Manages order processing, from start to finish, via phone, email and e-commerce
- Partners with sales representatives in processing customer needs
- Owns the customer experience
- Drives issue resolution
- Collaborates and selflessly prioritizes team needs
- Maintains composure
Requirements
- 1 year of prior experience in customer service
- The ideal candidate is experienced in placing the customer first, is highly focused on quality and detail, and is eager to understand and solve customer problems.
Nice to have
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- 2+ years of prior experience in customer service
