Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, content management, digital marketing, audience development, or related roles
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, publishing tools, audience engagement strategies, and content optimization
- Strong understanding of platform-native social media best practices and evolving digital trends
- Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated environment with structured review and approval processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content operations, audience development, digital publishing, or content optimization
- Ability to identify scalable content opportunities through repurposing, optimization, and content lifecycle management

- Experience working in other regulated industries preferred

- Help identify audience needs, content gaps, engagement opportunities, and emerging social trends relevant to Primerica's target audiences
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $65k - $75k.
