  • Job Summary of the Operations Supervisor The Operations Supervisor is a shop floor leader for the growing Axogen Processing Center Operation.

Requirements

  • Experience leadership ability and experience coaching, leading and managing teams and individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma required, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA regulated industry preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
  • GMP, Tissue Processing, Cleaning and Sterilization, and/or distribution experience a plus.

Compensation

  • $69,000 - $82,000 USD
