Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership through system design, hands-on software development, and architectural decision-making, while designing scalable solutions and defining technical strategies that support long-term product growth.
- Own and drive major product and platform initiatives, leading the design and review of complex software components, systems, and features while advocating for innovative, forward-looking technical approaches that support multiple business needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical leaders and engineers by promoting engineering excellence, sharing design best practices, and establishing coding standards across the organization.
- Identify, implement, and continuously improve software development processes that enhance design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and overall engineering effectiveness.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including privacy, security, and quality teams, to ensure compliance while independently managing project priorities, timelines, deliverables, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience delivering software using a general purpose programming language (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Go, Objective-C, and/or Swift).
- Minimum qualifications:
- Hands on experience leading project teams and setting technical direction
- Demonstrated authority and mastery of a technical domain

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,500 - $270,500 + bonus + equity + benefits.
