Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Engineering Excellence: Utilize your understanding of engineering fundamentals and structured problem-solving to deliver high-quality technical designs.
- Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to gather feedback and ensure the highest standards for your work.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams in Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Industrial Design.
- Tackle tough challenges by leveraging diverse perspectives and recommend actionable next steps that drive consensus and alignment with business leadership.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Assess product designs for environmental sustainability and suggest enhancements.
- Orchestrate Project Details: Apply your attention to detail to organize and coordinate technical activities, including test requests, bills of materials, engineering schedules, and other essential elements to support new product launches.
