About the role
- Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence in an effort to make our guests feel seen and known.
- Oversee, care for, and grow volunteer teams, including the Welcome Area, Greeters, Ushers, Campus Safety, Volunteer Headquarters, Operations, and Parking.
- Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
Responsibilities
- Develop leaders and connect our guests to volunteer teams to promote involvement at a meaningful level.
- Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.
