  • The Mid-Level Technical Analyst analyzes technical information and aligns it to the business strategies and procedures in meeting project goals.
  • They monitor technical system errors and provide immediate resolutions to ensure an efficient and smooth flow of operations.

Requirements

  • The Technical Systems Analyst is expected to grow their knowledge of the key functional areas of the application to better understand the needs of the customer and user community.
