The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function for approximately 500 employees while building scalable programs and processes that support both current operations and future growth.
Serve as the senior HR leader and strategic partner to the executive team, helping shape workforce strategy, organizational structure, succession planning, and company culture.
Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the organization's continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives.
Build and strengthen recruitment initiatives across corporate, operational, property management, construction, and executive-level functions, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top industry talent.
Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and retention programs that foster a high-performance culture and support long-term career growth.
Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs, develop talent pipelines, and create succession plans for critical leadership and operational positions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while continuously improving systems, processes, and best practices across the function.
Demonstrated success building scalable HR programs within growing organizations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to operate at a high level while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day realities of a dynamic real estate business.
Significant HR leadership experience within the real estate industry is required.

Lead all aspects of Human Resources for a workforce of approximately 500 employees, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs, ensuring competitiveness within the market and alignment with organizational goals.
Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
