About the role

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Power Platform, and Azure integration, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Serve as the lead architect for D365 CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized D365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
Translate complex business requirements into robust architectural designs and solution blueprints.
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors.
Drive governance around D365 customizations and Power Platform components.
Lead performance tuning, code reviews, and quality assurance efforts.

Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.

8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Expertise in data modeling, integrations (Azure Logic Apps, APIs), and security models in D365.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics SDK, JavaScript, C#, and custom plugin development.
Experience with CI/CD for D365 using Azure DevOps.
The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certifications.
Experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Omnichannel, or Voice of the Customer.

The base salary for this position is $$106,087- 166,709 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
