About the role

Provide insights to Defense Sector leadership to promote profitability and growth through diversification of the portfolio - including M&A, product sales, commercial partnerships, and multiple business segments.

Manage across a complex and matrixed organization and provide insights about business performance to corporate and senior leadership.

15+ years of experience with leadership in the accounting and finance function of a high performing technology company
Experience with finance and accounting at a technology provider delivering products and solutions to the government
Experience leading an FP&A function for a technology provider delivering products and solutions to the government
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external constituents using excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree
You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.

Experience interacting with a Board of Directors, including presenting and preparing materials for Board use, would be a plus

The projected compensation range for this position is $ 240,000.00 to $ 399,000.00 (annualized USD).
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
