About the role

  • Provide insights to Defense Sector leadership to promote profitability and growth through diversification of the portfolio - including M&A, product sales, commercial partnerships, and multiple business segments.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience with leadership in the accounting and finance function of a high performing technology company
  • Experience with finance and accounting at a technology provider delivering products and solutions to the government
  • Experience leading an FP&A function for a technology provider delivering products and solutions to the government
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external constituents using excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.

Nice to have

  • Experience interacting with a Board of Directors, including presenting and preparing materials for Board use, would be a plus

Compensation

  • The projected compensation range for this position is $ 240,000.00 to $ 399,000.00 (annualized USD).
  • The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
