About the role
- This position is responsible for establishing and leading enterprise wide and cross functional strategic IT initiatives for Corporate and our multiple operating units.
- The position works closely with business and technical leadership, serving as an expert resource, bringing forth opportunities to better the business and influence decisions regarding business and technical process changes.
Responsibilities
- Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Creates and manages long-term goals.
- Develops a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Manages a team of Project Managers/Coordinators with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Analyzes program risks and implements mitigating controls.
- Maintains and controls the program budget, schedule and resources.

- Writes program funding proposals to accurately and timely fund program initiatives.
