Your colleagues will include internationally recognized experts in artificial intelligence and machine learning research as well as highly experienced finance and technology professionals.

Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to enhance and maintain Workday HCM modules (Talent, Payroll for U.S., Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, and Reporting)
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to support end-to-end HR and payroll processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, and terminations
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with team members and functional partners
Maintain documentation and promote data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Experience developing and maintaining custom reports (advanced, composite, and matrix)
As a Workday Senior HCM Analyst, you will collaborate on the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our existing Workday HR modules while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and ensure data integrity.

3+ years of experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday
Strong understanding of Workday business processes, calculated fields, and security frameworks
Ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions
