About the role
- The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified commercial drivers to meet company and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements and staffing needs. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, maintaining compliance with both company requirements and DOT regulations, and ensuring a positive candidate
