Compensation

  • This is a unique opportunity to build and mature compensation infrastructure at a high-growth company.
  • You'll combine analytical rigor with business acumen to inform compensation approaches, allow the business to operate more efficiently and equitably with offers and merit cycles, and help leaders make informed talent investments.
  • You'll also help team members understand and maximize the value of their total compensation.
  • Own and evolve Owner's total compensation philosophy, frameworks, and programs to support business growth and talent objectives.
  • Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, career levels, incentive plans, and compensation policies, across multiple countries
  • Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across global markets.
  • Deep expertise in compensation program design and administration, including salary structures, job architecture, leveling frameworks, market benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles.

Benefits

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in compensation or total rewards supporting global organizations, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Experience managing equity compensation programs, including grant administration, reporting, and employee education.
