Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Assemble and file court documents electronically
- Maintain client files and contact information
- Gather all relevant documents and assemble document requests
- AFC's Legal Team prides itself on replicating that level of support for a wide variety of internal clients.
- The successful candidate will provide daily support to multiple attorneys and legal administration assistance to field offices and corporate risk prevention personnel.

Requirements
- Associate's degree with a paralegal certificate and three (3) years of experience or Bachelor's degree with one (1) year experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while taking direction from multiple individuals
- The ideal candidate will have on e (1) to three (3) years of experience.
Nice to have
- Knack for problem solving and using sound judgment to solve complex issues
- Previous auto i ndustry experience
- Experience with Google products
