- Centre College is seeking qualified applicants for a position of Associate or Assistant Athletic Trainer.
- Start date is negotiable with opportunities to work various sports camps on campus in June and July.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CPR/First Aid for professional rescuer certification
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to react appropriately in emergency situations per state licensure guidelines
- Decision-Making Skills: Ability to think critically and make independent decisions regarding assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and return to play decisions
Nice to have
- Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required.

Skills
- Ability to think critically and make independent decisions regarding assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and return to play decisions
- Moderate physical activity and standing or walking for several hours per day
- Lifting and handling of moderately heavy objects (water, ice-chests, etc.) is expected (25-40lbs)
- Additional certifications and skills, including but not limited to: Graston, ART, Cupping, Dry Needling, CSCS, CES, etc. are beneficial
