Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in materials handling or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test, including for marijuana.

  • Scope of Position
  • Material Handler IIIs play a critical role in supporting plant operations by receiving, storing, counting, issuing, and transacting equipment, materials, products, supplies, tools, and inventories.
  • Reporting to the Regional Distribution Center Manager, you will ensure a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain, performing various tasks to maintain efficient and accurate operations.
  • Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Operate multiple types of material handling equipment, including fork trucks, reach trucks, and picker trucks.
  • Pick items according to established procedures and package and ship materials.
  • Use scanners for inventory transactions and perform cycle counts.
  • Conduct physical and scale counting to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Complete system transactions and procedures to maintain inventory records.
