Responsibilities

Requirements
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Requires ability to reach, twist, bend
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team mindset
- Comfortable with technology
- The role uses hand held devices as well as Autonomous Mobile Robot systems for picking customer orders
- Commitment to quality and productivity expectations
- Physical Demands:
- Stand and walk for periods of up to 8 hours
- Manual dexterity and repetitive motion

- Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
Compensation
- A starting annual accrual of 3 weeks of Earned Time Off, 3 Paid Sick Days, 10 holidays, and 40 hours of Community Service Time
- Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS
- $14.91-$24.86 Hourly This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
