Requirements

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Requires ability to reach, twist, bend
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills

  • Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.

Compensation

  • No layoff philosophy - We have an over 50-year history of no layoffs
  • A starting annual accrual of 3 weeks of Earned Time Off, 3 Paid Sick Days, 10 holidays, and 40 hours of Community Service Time
  • Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS
  • As a Warehouse Specialist you will work on a team to safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders following established pick and pack processes; scanning labels, and counting the correct amount ordered.
  • Ensure products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner.
  • No experience is necessary.
