About the role
- We're an AI-native financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform helping finance teams modernize their operations - connecting data sources, automating reporting, and enabling deeper strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and broader engineering team to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.
- Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end-to-end.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.
- Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience contributing to system design or architecture.
- Strong full-stack proficiency: TypeScript/JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
- Experience with React.
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
- ability to architect, deploy, and operate scalable services in a cloud environment.
- Experience modeling, querying, and optimizing MongoDB schemas for performance at scale.
- Demonstrated track record of designing, architecting, and shipping scalable software systems.
Compensation
- Salary: $185,000 - $240,000 USD annually
