4+ years of experience in field service support or a related technical role, preferably within a defense or military environment.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Familiarity with Army intelligence and targeting systems is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with military personnel and end-users.
Prior hands on and relevant experience with Palantir products
Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically and internationally as required
